FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

How far do you travel?

I travel to wedding venues across the South West and surrounding areas, with a travel time of up to 1 hour and 30 minutes from my base. For locations further afield, an overnight stay may be required, which will be discussed and included in your personalised quote.

If you’re unsure whether your wedding location is within my travel distance, please get in touch and I’d be happy to advise.

How many makeup services can you accommodate on a wedding morning?

I accommodate a maximum of six makeup services per bridal party to ensure a calm, relaxed and personalised experience for everyone on the morning of your wedding.

A suitable schedule will be created for your wedding morning, with timings and arrangements discussed during your bridal trial to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For larger bridal parties requiring more than six makeup services, I’m happy to put you in touch with trusted makeup artists I regularly work alongside, who can provide additional support where needed.

How far in advance should I book my bridal makeup?

I recommend booking your bridal makeup as soon as you have confirmed your wedding date and secured your other key suppliers.

As I take on only one wedding booking per day, availability can be limited, particularly during peak wedding season. If you have a specific makeup artist in mind, I recommend enquiring at least 10 months before your wedding date to avoid disappointment.

You don’t need to have your wedding morning timings finalised to secure your booking — these can be discussed and arranged closer to your wedding day.

Do you travel for bridal trials?

Yes! I travel to your home for your bridal trial, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed and personalised experience in the comfort of your own space.

Trials are available within a 1 hour and 30 minute travel radius of my base. If you’re located outside this area, alternative arrangements may be possible and can be discussed at the time of booking.

I have a second look planned. Do you offer this service?

Yes! I offer a second-look service for brides who would love to refresh their makeup or transition to a different look for the evening celebrations.

The service includes up to three hours of coverage from your ceremony time, allowing me to stay on hand for touch-ups and help perfect your second look.

The cost for this service is £290.

Why do you have a minimum booking?

Wedding dates, especially during peak wedding season, are limited and often booked well in advance. Each booking requires time for preparation, travel and the wedding morning itself, allowing me to provide a calm, personalised experience for every bride.

As securing your date means dedicating that day to your wedding and turning away other potential bookings, I have a minimum booking requirement of three makeup services, or the equivalent booking fee.

This allows me to give each wedding the time, care and attention it deserves.

Can I change my bridal party numbers after booking?

Yes, changes to your bridal party numbers may be possible after booking, subject to availability and my minimum and maximum booking requirements.

Your contract confirms the number of makeup services agreed at the time of booking. Any changes must be discussed with me and agreed in advance, as your original booking details form part of your contractual agreement.

I accommodate a minimum of three makeup services per bridal booking, or the equivalent booking fee, and a maximum of six makeup services per bridal party. Any requested reductions will not reduce the agreed booking total, and additional services are subject to availability.

If you think your bridal party numbers may change, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can discuss the best arrangements for your wedding morning.
